Insight Lab is a personalised insight report and guided process that maps out relational & emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and what needs to shift for change to happen.
You receive a clear visual and written breakdown of your pattern, alongside practical tools to gain clarity and begin transforming it.
How it works
We meet for a 90-minute coaching session to explore current issues and gain insights.
We map responses & patterns
You then receive a personalised Insight Report, a visual board + 15 minutes meditation/affirmations recordings.
We meet again after 30 days for a 30-minute follow up session to reflect on outcomes.

Through guided insight, pattern mapping, reflective questions, and practical tools, the process helps you recognise and begin shifting repetitive behaviours, emotional reactions, and relational dynamics.

Integration Audio
A personalised 15-minute mindful practice, meditation, or affirmation recording designed to support integration between sessions. A simple tool you can return to independently to reinforce awareness, grounding, emotional regulation, and new patterns.
