Group Work & Authentic Relating
Many people long for deeper connection, honest conversation, and spaces where they can feel more fully themselves beyond social roles, performance, or surface-level interaction.
Our group spaces are designed to support authentic connection, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful human interaction within a grounded and welcoming environment.
Through guided relational exercises, embodied practices, communication explorations, and shared experiences, we create spaces that encourage curiosity, presence, emotional honesty, playfulness, and deeper connection with self and others.
Why We Created These Spaces
We, Marcus and Maria, are passionate about creating spaces where authenticity, honesty, and vulnerability can be explored and practised together.
We do not stand above this work, we walk alongside it, sharing from lived experience, continued practice, curiosity, and a genuine desire to connect more honestly with ourselves and others.
At the heart of these spaces is a belief that meaningful connection becomes possible when people feel able to show up more authentically, beyond performance, perfection, or social masks.
Our vision is to support spaces where empathy and honesty can coexist, where vulnerability is met with care, and where connection can be approached with curiosity, presence, and humanity.

A Different Kind of Social Space
These gatherings are not group therapy, performance spaces, or networking events.
They are intentional relational spaces where people can slow down, connect more consciously, and explore what becomes possible when authenticity, curiosity, emotional honesty, and presence are welcomed into the room.
We also deeply value privacy, consent, and creating a contained environment where people can feel more comfortable showing up authentically. For this reason, we do not take photographs or videos of participants during activities or relational exercises.
