Your Journey, Your Pace
Sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, and together we’ll agree when possible on a consistent time.
You may choose open-ended sessions or work with a set number of sessions focused on short-term goals.
This work invites commitment and is best seen as a journey of unfolding and self-discovery.
I offer a 10% concession rate for students or those on a lower income who feel genuinely called to embark on this journey. Discounts cannot be combined with existing offers, but if a plan has less than 10% discount, I will match it.
Please note my 48-hour cancellation policy.

Shall I commit to short-term or long-term Healing Work?
Reflection on Your Needs
Consider your current state and what you hope to achieve. If you’re looking for clarity on a particular issue, a short-term commitment may be appropriate. However, if you seek deeper healing, growth, and sustained change, a longer-term commitment would provide the necessary time and space to integrate changes, ensuring they become lasting parts of your life rather than temporary improvements. Ultimately, it’s about what resonates with you right now and what aligns with your current life circumstances and goals.
The importance of flexibility
Planning is essential, but remaining flexible is important too. Sometimes the best structure is to be spontaneous and work with current feelings and circumstances. Some sessions may be spot-on, entangling and revealing the knots. Other times, we may have to delve deeper, try different strategies, or prioritise other issues that have just emerged or require longer exploration. It is important to keep an open mind and be ready to renegotiate our work together if something else takes priority.
Completing the Therapeutic Relationship Appropriately
Ending therapeutic cycles with care and intention is central to both my lifestyle and work. At the close of each session cycle, I always offer a catch-up and assessment call. This provides us with an opportunity to reflect on the progress made, honour the work we've done, and decide together how to move forward.
Each individual’s journey with me is unique—some walk with me for a short while, others for longer. Some prefer to have a safe space they can return to when needed. I remain available for sessions after our regular work concludes.
