Why Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the key to unlocking the door to your inner and creative world, where dreams are born and healing begins. It's so much more than just relaxation; it's a powerful tool for nurturing your mind, body, and soul.

We often turn to hypnosis as a last resort; I know it because I've made the same mistake. After years of therapy, from which I benefited immensely, I found myself at a crossroads, and the tools I had at my disposal this time weren't working.

After many years of research, I finally came across hypnotherapy, and In a few sessions, something profoundly shifted inside me; I regained control of my life, and I was able to gain profound insight into my journey. I felt much lighter, joyful and connected to myself than ever.

What is

Inner Child Work?

Inner child work focuses on healing and addressing the emotional wounds and unresolved issues from one's childhood. It recognises that the experiences and interactions we have during our early years can significantly impact our emotional well-being and patterns of behaviour in adulthood. The concept of the inner child refers to the part of our psyche that retains the memories, emotions, and beliefs from our childhood. The inner child represents your vulnerable, authentic self and embodies your true needs, desires, and emotions.

Inner child work involves reconnecting with your inner child, providing a safe space for this part of you to emerge and be heard, acknowledging the eventual pain and unmet needs, providing nurturing and unconditional support and promoting deep healing and integration. The goal is to establish a compassionate and nurturing relationship with your inner child, allowing them, him\her to express emotions, process past traumas, and develop healthier behaviours, mechanisms and relationships.

Who is this for?

By engaging in inner child work, you can gain self-awareness, release repressed emotions, challenge negative beliefs or patterns formed in childhood, and cultivate self-compassion and self-love. This process can lead to profound healing, personal growth, and improved emotional well-being, offering you a brighter and more fulfilling future.

During the process, I will guide you through a deep, relaxed state, inviting you to connect with your inner child safely.

It's crucial to understand that inner child work is a personal and sensitive process. It may bring up intense emotions and memories, so it's essential to approach it with care, self-compassion, and adequate support. Your unique experiences and feelings are respected and understood in this journey of healing and self-discovery.

What is Past Life Regression and Regression

Past Life Regression (PLR) is a therapeutic technique that aims to access and explore a person's memories and experiences from previous lifetimes or incarnations. It is based on the belief in reincarnation, which suggests that an individual's soul has lived multiple lives and carries the memories and lessons from those lives. During Regression sessions, the therapist guides you into a relaxed state through hypnosis or deep relaxation techniques. The purpose is to bypass the conscious mind and access the subconscious or superconscious mind, where the memories of past lives are believed to be stored.

Once relaxed, you will be encouraged to explore your subconscious mind and recall images, sensations, emotions, and experiences from past lives. The practitioner may ask specific questions to facilitate the recall and guide you through different aspects of your past life experiences. PLR aims to gain insights and understanding about present life challenges, relationships, and patterns. By exploring and resolving issues from past lives, you can find healing, personal growth, and a deeper sense of self-awareness.

This package is ideal for anyone experiencing relationship conflicts or deep blockages whose causes are unknown and hard to understand, uncover with standard therapeutic approaches and overcome. Perhaps you are experiencing physical or emotional symptoms without medical explanation and can't be traced back to a specific life event. Perhaps you find yourself in an unhealthy relationship or dynamic and find it hard to comprehend the reason why you struggle to let it go, or you feel curious about your past selves and wish to explore past experiences. This process will also enable you to understand why you have chosen to come into this specific life, environment, family, body, etc...

It is important to note that the concept of past lives and reincarnation is not universally accepted or scientifically proven. PLR is often approached as a form of therapy or personal exploration within certain spiritual or alternative belief systems. The interpretations and experiences during PLR sessions are highly subjective and can vary from person to person.

What Is Parts Therapy?

Have you ever felt that a part (parts) of you wants to achieve something but another part (or parts) wants different things or is holding you back? For example: "A part of you wants to succeed in something, and another part of you feels afraid or resistant to it..."?This is the most effective example I can give to describe Part Work Therapy.

Parts Work Therapy, or Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, is an integrative therapeutic approach that focuses on the different parts or aspects of an individual's personality or psyche. It is based on the premise that various internal parts may have different beliefs, emotions, and desires within each person. These parts can sometimes conflict, leading to inner turmoil and distress.

Parts Therapy aims to help individuals develop a greater understanding and harmony among these internal parts. It involves exploring and identifying different parts, understanding their roles, and fostering a compassionate relationship between them. The therapist works with the client to facilitate communication and negotiation among these parts, allowing for healing, integration, and self-awareness.

Parts Therapy is used for various  issues, including resolving inner conflicts, resolving dysfunctional relationship, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship problems with any issue where the client is experiencing inner conflict and through this work, you can experience significant shifts in feelings and an increase in:

  • Motivation and quality of presence

  • Self-acceptance and understanding of yourself

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Stress reduction

  • Better inner connection

This package is ideal for anyone experiencing a deep inner conflict and feeling unable to move forward in life.  To give concrete examples: I want to quit smoking, stop procrastinating, eat healthily, be more confident, be successful, be more connected and authentic, try new things, change habits... but a part of me does not want to let go and is holding me back.

This modality helps to overcome the issue by acknowledging and understanding the causes of the internal conflict through parts dialogues, allowing mediation between aspects or parts of yourself and integrating these aspects for a more aligned, balanced and fulfilled life. Each part is equally important, and I will guide you through a deep, relaxed state, inviting you to explore these parts safely and openly so you can welcome them, express them and listen to what they have to share.

  • This is an important frequently asked question about hypnosis because you want to know what to expect. In the first session we will have a discussion about you, your life and the reason you are here.

Sometimes we won’t even discuss much at all and get straight into change work so you leave your first session feeling different. Many of my clients have had CBT or counselling previously and it had helped in understanding things but they want to feel significantly different.

This is the whole premise of my work; to change how you feel and give you techniques to manage your emotions for life.

In subsequent sessions we will release issues and unhelpful emotions so that your life can be better. Your future well-being is my priority and sometimes you will find yourself releasing emotions that you have carried for a long time.

I may provide you with Hypnotic recordings to listen to at home to support your treatment.

When your course of sessions has finished, you will find yourself feeling very different about things and will find it easier to relax whenever you need to.

Being relaxed puts you in control, helps you make better decisions and manage your emotions
